What happens after I submit my Quote Request?
- Once you have successfully placed your quote request, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
- Our Sales Coordinator and Graphics Department will review your quote request and email you with any artwork questions. Pricing will then be provided.
- You must approve both your art and order details before we can proceed with your order.
- Payment must be received before your order is submitted into production.
- After your order has been approved and produced, your order will then ship and you will receive an email with tracking information.
May I order less than the minimum stated on the website?
The minimum quantity that is stated on each product page is the fewest number of pieces we can ship.
What is a Loading Dock?
A Loading Dock is a recessed bay in a building or facility where trucks are loaded and unloaded. The dock is level with the truck for easy loading and unloading.
What is a Lift Gate?
A lift gate is simply a hydraulic lift that is attached to the back of a delivery truck that can lower freight to the ground. If the receiving address is not equipped with a loading area and/or forklift, then manual unloading of the shipment will be required. This however MUST be communicated, or your order could have delays and/or extra fees.
What is Inside Delivery?
Normally the point of delivery is directly from the truck. However, if the point of delivery is to exceed the maximum of 10 feet away from the delivery truck, then an inside delivery charge will apply. If you require any breaking down of your shipment, then an inside delivery charge will also apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Providing your order hasn’t been produced, you can cancel your order at any time.
What are lead times?
Our average lead time may fluctuate due to seasonal demands and production capacity. In transit time to your final destination is not included in our lead times.

How will my items be shipped?
All orders will be delivered via LTL Freight on a pallet.
Due to high transit costs, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
What if I receive a damaged shipment?
We always try to ensure that your shipment arrives intact. However, accidents can and do happen. Whatever you do, DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. It is your responsibility to check the shipment upon delivery. However, if the shipment is visibly damaged, please
note all the damages on the delivery receipt. If you fail to note these damages, then we cannot file any claims against the delivery company. It is also advised that you take clear photographs of all the damages; this includes damages to your glasses.

[email protected]. We require these photographs within 24 hours of your shipment delivery in order to claim on damages. Any claims received after 24 hours of the delivery will be subject to review.
We will not accept any claims submitted after 30 days of delivery. After the claim has been submitted, Sahm will deal directly with the delivery company regarding a reimbursement for your damaged goods.
What is California Proposition 65?
California Proposition 65 (formally titled "The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986") is a California law that was passed in 1986. Its aim is to protect consumers and drinking water sources from toxic substances that may cause cancer and
or birth defects. Currently over 800 chemicals are listed by the State of California as known carcinogens or reproductive toxins, cadmium and lead are two of these chemicals.
The Prop 65 Warning for decorated glassware is as follows: “WARNING: The materials used as colored decorations on the exterior of this product contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.”
Proposition 65 requires businesses to inform the people of California about the significant amounts of these chemicals in the products they purchase.
